Please remember, though, that footwear products, such as shoes, must be returned in their original, unworn condition, and in their original boxes.

Complete and detach the Return/Exchange Form on the back of the packing slip included in your package. Fill out the form completely. The Return/Exchange Form must be included in your return package in order to receive proper credit.
We offer two options for returning your package.

Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement.
Please ship your items postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number. Allow 3-5 business days for processing, once your item is received. A credit for the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card account, and a refund issued if you paid by check or money order.
If you return any item, your return will be processed in 1-3 days from the date of receipt in our Fulfillment Center, and your account credited, 7-10 business days after we have processed your return, depending on your credit card issuer. We will refund your purchase price only. A credit will be issued to your credit card less the shipping/Smart Label fee, or you will receive a check if you paid by check or money order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage. If you exchange your item(s), VitaminsOnline4Less.com will not charge you any additional shipping and handling costs. If you would like to exchange your item for a higher priced product, please include payment, or we would be glad to charge your credit card. If you would like to exchange your item for a lower priced product, we will refund you the difference.
Cancel an Order
You can cancel an order only if your purchases have not yet shipped. Normally an order will ship the day after the order is placed. If you would like to cancel an order, and you know your order has not yet shipped, simply notify our Customer Care department of your cancellation wishes: 1-800-240-6766.
If you cancel your order, your account will not be billed. FootSmart bills a credit card only when the product has shipped.
